Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition.

  • We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, including (but not limited to):

    • Stains or marks

    • Perfume or other odors

    • Missing beading

    • Removed tags

  • Returns will also not be accepted if there are missing pieces, such as a missing hijab or belt.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • We do not refund the original delivery fee from your order.


How to Return an Item

  1. Fill out the return form below, detailing the reason for your return.

  2. Once submitted, wait for a response with your return slip — this may take up to 3 business days.

  3. After receiving your return slip, package your order securely and send it back to us.

  4. Once your return reaches us, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  5. If your item passes inspection, your refund (minus the return postage fee) will be processed. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  6. If your item fails inspection, you will be contacted and will need to cover the postage cost to have the item returned to you. In this case, a refund will not be issued.
